AI Services end-user terms

1. Acceptable use

You must not use the AI features for anything illegal, harmful, deceptive or abusive, including impersonating people, harassment, spam, collecting card numbers, or making emergency-service claims. These restrictions are at least as strict as the ElevenLabs Terms of Service and Prohibited Use Policy, which you agree to follow when using voice features, and the usage policies of our other AI providers.

2. Disclosure

Our assistants say they are AI assistants at the start of every call and chat. You must not instruct them to claim to be human.

3. Third-party providers

Voice features are provided using ElevenLabs. Neither Artisan24 nor you is an agent, partner or joint venturer of ElevenLabs. ElevenLabs is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.

You permit ElevenLabs, its affiliates and subcontractors to process your data, and your callers' data, as needed to provide the voice services.

4. Accuracy

AI can make mistakes. The assistant only quotes the price ranges you set and hands off anything it can't handle, but you are responsible for checking bookings and confirming final prices with customers.

5. Recordings

Where calls are recorded, the assistant discloses it at the start of the call. Recordings are kept for 90 days by default.
